Everything was as expected and rhe hotel is clean, in a quiet location not far from thhe main street. The aircon was a bit noisy and the bath fittings seem to need an upgrade or repair but the warm hospitality of the family that runs it makes up for any shortfalls and more. Recommended for its value.

The staff was super helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The location was really nice, just a bit off the the main road and a about a 20 minute walk to the night market.

The staff working the Hotel are pretty amazing and were truly helpful in every aspect. I would definitely stay again if traveling back to Chang Mai.

The staff is really friendly! There are a few massage shops and food place within walking distance. The room is big enough for three people to open the big luggage.
